Job Description
What you will be doing: Advise and counsel cooperative and condominium Boards on legal matters Demonstrate current experience in managing and operating cooperative and condominium buildings Handle shareholder disputes and common charge collection Engage in sponsor litigation and breach of contract cases Experience you will need: 6+ years of experience in cooperative and condominium matters Experience on behalf of Boards in various legal matters Bankruptcy experience is a plus Preferred experience with shareholder disputes and common charge collection
