Coordinated Entry Specialist

Renewal Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinated Entry Specialist to support and strengthen our regional homeless service system. This full-time position plays a key role in helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness connect with appropriate housing resources in Adams, Columbia, Dodge, Juneau, and Sauk Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entry system for homeless clients across multiple counties.
• Assess individuals and refer them to housing agencies for placement.
• Enter and manage client data to ensure prioritization for appropriate housing services.
• Implement outreach efforts to inform agencies about the coordinated entry system and engage clients most in need.
• Recruit and onboard new agencies into the coordinated entry network.
• Monitor participating housing agencies for compliance with coordinated entry standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community partners.
• Comfortable with data entry and case tracking systems.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience working with homeless or at-risk populations.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with community-based collaboration and case management.

Pay: $18.85 - $20.40 per hour
