Coordinateur Programme Anglophone (H/F)

As a program coordinator (M/F) within Deloitte University EMEA (DU EMEA), you are expected to ensure an outstanding learning and networking experience for all attendees through:

• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of DU EMEA programmes ;
• Preparing registration packs (creating registration links, managing their content and drafting communications) ;
• Monitoring and following up registrations ;
• Drafting and sending communications, at different stages, to provide attendees with programme preparation materials (questionnaires, personality assessment tests, e-learning, pre-reading materials, virtual onboarding sessions set up, etc.) as well as any useful information regarding the programme flow ;
• Assisting attendees throughout their learning journey ;
• Setting up and producing a variety of reports.

Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BAC+3).
• High organisational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure.
• Team player, ability to interact with team members across boarders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Location based in Casablanca.
