As a Coordinator, you’ll support Omaha executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing materials that keep leadership informed and prepared. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion while adapting to shifting priorities and special projects.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Omaha executives.
• Manage calendars, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Prepare and distribute relevant materials for meetings and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between senior staff and internal/external stakeholders.
• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned.
• General office management (Food & Beverage, Office Supplies, Guests, Desk Assignments)

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory 1 Year of Agency experience. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite. 

Location: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range: $60K-$95K depending on experience and location
