Location: Hattie Mae White \n\nDepartment: CTE - Finance, Infrastructure, \u0026 Ops \n\nArea:District Wide \n\nContract Months:12 \n\nSalary Range: $85,000.00 \u2013 $105,000.00 \n\nAcademic Year: 26-27 \n\n## JOB SUMMARY\n\nSupports district CTE leadership by coordinating data systems, validating program metrics, and monitoring key indicators related to student enrollment, pathway completion, industry-based certifications, CCMR outcomes, and postsecondary readiness. Assists with reporting, compliance submissions, continuous improvement planning, and operational decision-making for Career and Technical Education programs. \n\n## MAJOR DUTIES \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n1\\. Maintain and monitor districtwide CTE data systems, dashboards, and recurring reports for enrollment, pathways, concentrators, completers, certifications, and student outcomes. \n2\\. Analyze CTE participation, performance, staffing, and accountability indicators to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement. \n3\\. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for district leadership, campuses, and stakeholders to support strategic planning and resource allocation. \n4\\. Coordinate data validation, PEIMS alignment, grand reporting, audit requests, and compliance submissions related to CTE programs. \n5\\. Support forecasting, course demand planning, and campus decision-making through data modeling and performance monitoring. \n6\\. Other duties as assigned.\n\n## MAJOR DUTIES \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED\n\n## EDUCATION\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n## WORK EXPERIENCE\n\n5 to 7 years \nExperience in educations data analysis, accountability systems, student information systems, program evaluation, finance reporting, or CTE operation.\n\n## SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION\n\nSoftware \nMicrosoft Office \nData Analytics \nBusiness \nPublic Administration \nInformation Systems \nStatistics\n\nCertifications/Licensure\n\nEquipment \nOffice equipment (e.g., computer, copier)\n\n## LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nLevel 2 -Work Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing is restricted to monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of the same duties they are leading.\n\n## WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT\n\n-Work involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgment is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources. Ongoing supervision is provided on an \"as needed\" basis.\n\n## BUDGET AUTHORITY\n\n-Analyzes and interprets data and figures.\n\n## PROBLEM SOLVING\n\n-Decisions are made on both routine and non-routine matters with some latitude but are still subject to approval. Job is occasionally expected to recommend new solutions to problems and improve existing methods or generate new ideas.\n\n## IMPACT OF DECISIONS\n\n-Decisions have minor, small and possibly incremental impact on the department or facility. Errors are usually discovered in succeeding operations where most of the work is verified or checked and is normally confined to a single department or phase of the organizational activities resulting in brief inconvenience.\n\n## COMMUNICATION/INTERACTIONS\n\n-Negotiate and influence - interpret department strategies and services, resolves conflicts, influences outcomes on matters of significance for the division, conducts final negotiations and coordinates approvals/decision making below the executive level. Interactions are typically with customers and Top Management.\n\n## CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS\n\n-Anticipates customer needs, identifies, and champions opportunities for the development and implementation of new services and methods to meet or exceed customer needs.
