Location: Hattie Mae White \n\nDepartment: CTE Infrastructure \n\nArea:District Wide \n\nContract Months:12 \n\nSalary Range: $85,000.00 \u2013 $105,000.00 \n\nAcademic Year: 25-26 \n\n## JOB SUMMARY\n\nThis role supports Houston ISD\u2019s CTE leadership by maintaining data systems, validating insights, and tracking key indicators tied to early college access, credit attainment, and postsecondary enrollment. It assists with continuous improvement efforts by ensuring accurate data access and collaboration across teams. The position also supports the planning and coordination of CTE facility projects, including renovations, lab upgrades, and equipment installations, while helping manage procurement, contractor communication, and maintenance workflows with district departments.\n\n## MAJOR DUTIES \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nList most important duties first \n1\\. Maintain the district\u0027s CTE data strategy, including data governance, analytics priorities, and integration of real-time data systems, particularly as they relate to career centers \n2\\. Monitor and report progress on key outcomes and leading indicators related to early college access, credit attainment, and postsecondary enrollment. \n3\\. Support baseline analysis and ongoing evaluation by providing data access, validating insights, and collaborating on continuous improvement strategies. \n4\\. Plan, scope, and schedule CTE facility projects, including new construction, renovations, lab upgrades, and equipment installations. \n5\\. Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and critical paths for multiple campuses simultaneously.\n\n## MAJOR DUTIES \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED\n\n6\\. Coordinate procurement activities, including bids, vendor selection, contract review, and compliance with HISD purchasing policies. \n7\\. Monitor project progress through site visits, contractor meetings, and regular status reporting. \n8\\. Coordinate with HISD Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations to prioritize work orders and long-term maintenance plans. \n9\\.
