The Coordinator 2 LEAD & EDAS Support assists in implementation of the Leader Effectiveness and Development {LEAD) system and the Executive Director Appraisal System {EDAS) under the guidance of the CTM of LEAD & EDAS Support, and direction of the Director of Performance Management - Leader Evaluations, This position is responsible for supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of data gathered from stakeholders, feedback, and local, national and state evaluation systems, Serving as both a project manager and an education professional, the Coordinator 2 - LEAD & EDAS Support contributes to establishing a fair, effective teacher evaluation system designed to enhance student outcomes.
1. Assist in planning and executing stakeholder engagement opportunities to gather input on teacher evaluation and ensure effective communication of findings.
2. Support the creation, modification, and field testing of teacher evaluation tools, using teacher performance and student achievement data to inform effective rol/out.
3. Organize, schedule, and support the development of training materials; assist in facilitating engaging sessions to ensure stakeholders understand LEADIEDAS processes, updates, and implementation practices effectively.
4. Help coordinate resources and activities to keep the project on track, proactively addressing potential obstacles or conflicts to support timely completion.
5. Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating LEAD/EDAS project activities to stay on schedule, mitigate risks, and align with goals for LEADIEDAS
6. Engage with multiple departments and teams to ensure cohesive implementation of LEADIEDAS initiatives, promoting alignment and shared objectives across the organization
7. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree
3 to 5 years
The ideal candidate for the Coordinator 2 - LEAD & EDAS Support position should bring 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management, specifically within an educational or performance management context. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with teacher evaluation systems or similar frameworks, particularly in roles involving data collection, analysis, and reporting. Experience in cross-team project coordination and stakeholder training is highly valuable, supporting the collaborative and strategic needs of LEAD/EDA$ implementation

No supervisory responsibilities. May provide occasional work guidance, technical advice, and training to staff.
Work is substantially complex, varied and regularly requires the selection and application of technical and detailed

Position regularly makes recommendations to management on areas of significance to the department. Supervision received typically consists of providing direction on the more complex projects and new job duties and priorities

Collaborate and solve problems - works with others to resolve problems, clarify, or interpret complex
information/policies and provide initial screening/negotiations without authority. Interactions are typically with customers, senior level professional staff, and managers.
Leads others in the resolution of highly sensitive and confidential issues on behalf of the department. Acts as a trusted advisor and becomes involved in the customer's decision-making process including presenting alternatives and information and applying persuasion and negotiation skills in the resolution of problems. Monitors customer service standards.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
