The Coordinator 2 - TES Support assists in the implementation of the 2025-2026 Teacher Excellence System (TES) (pending board approval), including its pilot and engagement phases, under the guidance of the CTM of TES Support. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting TES data gathered from stakeholders, pilot feedback, and national and state evaluation systems. Serving as both a project manager and an education professional, the Coordinator 2 – TES contributes to establishing a fair, effective teacher evaluation system designed to enhance student outcomes.
1. Assist in planning and executing stakeholder engagement opportunities to gather input on teacher evaluation and ensure effective communication of findings.
2. Support the creation, modification, and field testing of teacher evaluation tools, using teacher performance and student achievement data to inform effective rollout.
3. Organize, schedule, and support the development of training materials; assist in facilitating engaging sessions to ensure stakeholders understand TES processes, updates, and implementation practices effectively.
4. Help coordinate resources and activities to keep the project on track, proactively addressing potential obstacles or conflicts to support timely completion.
5. Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating TES project activities to stay on schedule, mitigate risks, and align with goals for TES
6. Engage with multiple departments and teams to ensure cohesive implementation of TES initiatives, promoting alignment and shared objectives across the organization
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree

1 to 3 years
The ideal candidate for the Coordinator 2 - TES Support position should bring 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management, specifically within an educational or performance management context. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with teacher evaluation systems or similar frameworks, particularly in roles involving data collection, analysis, and reporting. Experience in cross-team project coordination and stakeholder training is highly valuable, supporting the collaborative and strategic needs of TES implementation.

Work involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgement is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources. Ongoing supervision is provided on an “as needed” basis.

Takes routine or required customer actions to meet customer needs. Responds promptly and accurately to customer complaints, inquiries and requests for information and coordinates appropriate follow-up. May handle escalated issues passed on from coworkers or subordinates.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
Ability to carry and/or lift less than 20 pounds.
