Position Description
The Coordinator, Advancement serves as a vital member of the Advancement team, reporting to the Manager of the CAO Office. This position provides high-level administrative and project coordination in support of the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) and overall Advancement Department, helping to advance strategic objectives and reinforce the Federation’s philanthropic priorities.
Positioned at the intersection of executive leadership and fundraising, the Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating effective operations, fostering alignment across the Advancement department, and enhancing engagement with major stakeholders. This individual brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to both day-to-day responsibilities and longer-term initiatives, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
