Job Description - Coordinator and Administrator

We are seeking a professional and reliable individual to join our fast-paced, small office in South Bend, Indiana. This is a part-time position.

Location: South Bend, IN

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours: Approximately 24–32 hours per week

  • Must have 7+ years office experience
  • Precise and detailed data entry and calculations
  • Ability to work independently and well with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper English and punctuation
  • Image attachment knowledge
  • Type 60+ words per minute
  • Accounts payable/bookkeeping knowledge
  • Must be organized
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Must be computer and software literate and know Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Basic administrative skills and office procedures
  • Scheduling and coordination work orders
  • Job tracking
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to be on time
