Beanstalk, a global brand extension agency and consultancy, extends brands through the strategic and creative development of licensed products. The company works with leading brands, institutions, entertainment properties, personalities, and other high-profile clients to leverage licensing as a strategic tool to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer touchpoints, and generate revenue. Current Beanstalk clients include Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Stanley Black & Decker, The Met, Microsoft Studios, Kellanova and WK Kellogg Co., among others.



Beanstalk is looking for a motivated, detail-obsessed, and collaborative Licensing Coordinator to support the expansion of our clients’ licensing programs across food, beverage, and lifestyle categories. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and grow in a dynamic agency environment.

What You'll Do:


· Assist in the development and execution of strategic licensing programs for leading global brands


· Conduct in-depth research on product categories, trends, and industry developments to inform brand strategy


· Help create compelling sales materials and pitch presentations that open doors


· Identify and track new product opportunities and potential partners, support outreach efforts


· Manage product and packaging approval processes—ensuring licensees get clear, timely feedback


· Monitor licensee compliance with production, manufacturing, and brand standards


· Support ongoing licensee program management (QA, distribution, marketing)


· Coordinate day-to-day needs across internal teams, clients, and licensees


· Track forecasts, budgets, manage expenses, and maintain up-to-date reporting for client accounts



What You Bring:


· Minimum of 2 years of experience in licensing, brand management, or related field


· Exposure to, or interest in food & beverage/CPG categories is a strong plus


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re clear, concise, and persuasive


· PowerPoint wizardry and a good eye for visual storytelling; experience with design tools a plus


· Familiarity with using AI tools to help team streamline tasks, spark creativity, and enhance day-to-day work


· Incredibly organized and detail-oriented—you thrive on juggling multiple projects and deadlines


· A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work with senior-level clients


· A team player who’s hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


· You stay tapped into what’s hot and what’s next—trends, pop culture, consumer behavior



Salary range: mid 50's - mid 60's + bonus - Actual salary to commensurate with experience and will vary based on numerous factors.
