Essential Functions

• Lead and oversee community and foundation engagement programs, operations and development of all fundraising events, including recruitment, stewardship, and program growth.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with WCH or Foundation volunteer members, business partners, and community stakeholders to drive philanthropic support and engagement.
• Oversee and execute fundraising events, in collaboration with the Vice President of Development and Marketing.
• Ensure effective operational management of Foundation events, donor databases, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Develop Foundation, donor and event communications, donor stewardship materials, newsletters, and collateral to ensure alignment with hospital priorities and donor intent.
• Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.
• Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request. May be expected to work longer hours as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree

License: None

Experience:

• Three (3) years’ experience in fundraising and/or community board leadership.
• Two (2) years’ experience in event management.

Certification: None

Preferred

Experience: One (1) year Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising software
