Purpose of Position
The Coordinator for Communications and Outreach is a full time, 12-month, staff position. The Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of School-Based Scholars and Articulation Agreements.

The Coordinator works collaboratively with the School-Based Scholars & Articulations team and other campus offices in providing support for School-Based Scholars and Pathways. This person also assists with some administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Coordinator for Communications and Outreach are as follows:

* Managing marketing and communications efforts
* Organizing orientations and events
* Conducting annual review of pathways and exploration tracks
* Creating drafts for new pathways, exploration tracks, and articulation agreements
* Maintaining the Pathway and Articulations Database
* Serving on related committees
* Administrative duties as assigned
* Assisting with the everyday operations of the programs

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.

Preference given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
Dual credit

Educational partnerships
