SUMMARY:
Coordinator II at NEKCA supports their peers with service delivery in their area of specialty. The Coordinator II has additional responsibilities that may include mentoring, grant reporting, and ensuring smooth operations at service locations in support of the Program Manager. Utilizing a team-based approach, the Coordinator II works to support programmatic needs to increase understanding and build capacity within the program.
This position is a Coordinator for the Restorative Justice Programs in the Community and Restorative Justice Department that oversees transitional housing for people exiting incarceration and reentering the community.

Employees in this position work primarily in an office environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions. The work involves sitting for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment, and may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Position has occasionally bending, stooping, or reaching for items. Standing or moving around the office area. Occasional work performed outdoors and at external community locations

Education and Experience:
BA (preferred)
1-2 relevant experience required;
3-4 years preferred
Background Checks:

Transportation Requirements:
This position requires that employees possess a valid driver's license, favorable driving record results and have access to dependable transportation.
