Job Description - Coordinator, Marketing - Sales Enablement

## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm Technologies, Inc.\n\n## Job Area:\n\nSales, Business Development \u0026 Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development \u0026 Marketing Group \u003e Marketing Communications\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nThe Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the development, organization, and delivery of sales content and experiences that help our field teams better engage customers. This role plays an important part in coordinating cross\u2011functional work, managing enablement platform content, and ensuring sellers have access to up\u2011to\u2011date resources that support conversations across cross\u2011category solution areas, including IoT and other emerging focus areas.\n\nThe ideal candidate has experience with the Seismic platform, is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders to move projects forward. An interest in technology categories such as IoT, familiarity with content creation processes, and exposure to sales enablement tools or practices are all beneficial.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. \nOR \nAssociate\u0027s degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. \n \n*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master\u2019s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCoordinate Workstreams and Stakeholder Reviews\n\nSupport the project management of sales content creation by tracking progress, scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of materials such as presentations, one\u2011pagers, case studies, battle cards, and related assets.\n\nAdminister Enablement Platform User Experiences\n\nManage updates within the enablement platform, including maintaining pages, sales plays, templates, and user groups. Ensure content is organized, accessible, and easy for sellers to navigate.\n\nUphold Content Governance\n\nEnsure library of content is tagged, named, and used in accordance with governance standards. Own the content auditing process for select content libraries. Support improvements to governance processes and coach others on correct content management. Train others as needed to ensure content is published consistently.\n\nOwn Key Communications and Content Updates\n\nDraft and distribute communications highlighting new or updated sales content. Partner with stakeholders to ensure sellers are informed and able to take advantage of available resources.\n\nEvangelize Sales Enablement Best Practices\n\nPromote the effective use of enablement tools, templates, and processes. Help reinforce standards that support consistency, quality, and strong seller experiences. Provide hands-on support and guidance to field teams.\n\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
