The Greater Burlington YMCA is seeking a passionate and driven Coordinator of Family Programs to join our Family Programs team. In this full-time role, you’ll take the lead on Member Child Care (MCC), Birthday Parties, and other core family offerings, while also having the opportunity to shape the future of the department with your own creativity and ideas. From day-to-day operations and staff development to hands-on program delivery, you’ll ensure our programs are safe, inclusive, and mission driven.
Beyond the essentials, this role offers the chance to bring your passions to life—whether that’s launching new youth experiences, reimagining family events, or building programs that strengthen community connections. Working in close partnership with the Director of Family Programs, you’ll help grow the department in exciting new directions while making a lasting impact on the families we serve.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position located at our 298 College Street facility in downtown Burlington, Vermont.

Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to be eligible for the starting rate of $18.00/hour. Additional compensation is determined based on experience and education aligned with the preferred qualifications.
