An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next Coordinator of Trade Marketing to join our team in our Houston, TX OR Miami, FL locations.

Diana is recognized throughout Central American for its full line of quality snacks to which we became the exclusive importer for products developed for the US market.About the Role:
The Coordinator of Trade Marketing role is responsible for:
Providing key information and identify opportunities to support the area in action plans to close gaps in the execution of PDV plans.Managing order, cleanliness, control, inventory, and efficient management of entrances and exits of the different storages under your responsibility for materials, supplies, furniture, and promotional items.Coordinating timely and efficient deliveries of promotional materials and supplies to the Sales Force that allow the execution of TMK strategies in POS.
What You Will Do:Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Preparation and implementation of market strategies in coordination with the commercial areaMaintain due and optimal control and execution of the assigned expense budget.Ability to analyze data and manage it to prepare profitable proposals, plans, measurement of plans, monitoring, and results.High time management and productivity to cover assigned responsibilities-tasks.Optimally supervise and establish effective methodology of the personnel in charge.Identify and report opportunities, needs and improvements in relation to diverse types of POP materials, supplies, services to achieve gap closure and to develop our categories, brands, and target POS.Market, product, price, and competition analysis.Coordinate support tasks assigned for participation in food shows, events, fairs, and exhibitions.Achieve local suppliers of POP materials, supplies, services (Demos, transportation, promotion, promotional items). And maintain a constant search for suppliers in accordance with new market trends for materials and services.Willingness to travel within and outside the country - With your own vehicle and valid license.Conduct visits to the market to validate the execution of current plans or to prepare proposals.Apply the defined procedure for good control, order, cleaning of assigned storages, supply and timely delivery of different POP materials or tools to achieve plans.Comply with the distribution of POP materials, resources required for the execution of brand-portfolio plans.Availability to make internal and external transfers (Example: Airport-Source-Storage).Collaborate in other activities that are assigned by your immediate boss.Comply with quality, content, and deliveries according to dates of the different requested reports.Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role dealing with point-of-sales, and point-of-presence.Previous experience partnering with sales marketers and business associates to develop marketing techniques and strategies to reach customers in a specific channel.Experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, trade marketing for retail companies.Knowledge of POP materials, and metric system.MUST BE Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Required Abilities and Skills:
Ability to drive a vehicle and must have a vehicle for transportation.Customer service orientation, teamwork, achievement of objectives and results.Negotiation, persuasion, communication, and interaction skills.Classification of territories, route planning.Management of Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
