The Coordinator -Physician Enterprise will:
The Physician Enterprise Coordinator is accountable for performing a wide range of critical administrative and analytical functions which support the Healthcare System's physician enterprise, business development processes and QIP NJ. Must effectively communicate with various levels of organizational stakeholders and serve as a resource for management in preparing the organization's business planning, create action plans to assist with the implementation of projects and quality initiatives, tracking and reporting the progress and outcomes to the Director.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with emphasis on healthcare, finance and statistics is preferred with minimum
of 5 years working experience in healthcare field.
* Strong understanding of Office / Physician Practice processes with at least 5 years working with
Electronic Medical Records including technical build experience.
* Experience in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
* Prefer operational knowledge of Horizon Business Intelligence (HBI) and Horizon Performance
Management (HPM) as well as Athena and Paragon.
* Excellent critical thinking as well as numerical and analytic skills, along with strong written, oral,
and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to interpret and summarize complex data sets and reports.
* Ability to identify assumptions, data gaps, and data sources.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good problem-solving skills.
