Description

Reporting to the Director, Youth Transition Services, the Youth Transition Services Program Coordinator for Montgomery County is looking for a dynamic lead to oversee our program designed to support individuals ages 14 - 21 in their journey from adolescence to adulthood. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive range of transition services that empower youth to achieve personal, educational, and career success. Your role will involve coordination, collaboration, and leadership to ensure the program's effectiveness and impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Education, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, etc.).
Must have at least one year of relevant experience (preferably working with youth with disabilities and/or employment services).
Must have excellent interpersonal skills..
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and be meticulous to details.
Personal Vehicle, valid Maryland Driver's license required, and car insurance is

required.
At-least 2 years of driving experience is required.
Background Check and Drug Screening required.
