We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Fort Lauderdale office with the role of Coordinator, Ticket Operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ticket Operations, you will assist with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Ticket Operations Department and works closely with the Sr Manager to maintain a professional, organized and customer friendly ticket experience. This position works closely with our Sales and Service departments.
Your Key Responsabilities:
Manage day-to-day tasks of the ticketing operations department as deemed by the Sr Manager of Ticket Operations and maintain all Ticket Operations policies and procedures.
Assist with building season plans, single events, and price codes along with any other Archtics programming needs.
Manage the daily/annual ticket mailing with both internal and external parties.
Generate audits and reports via Ticketmaster platforms (TM1, Archtics, etc.)
Assist Finance department with ticket reconciliation – including payment plan management, balance due audits, and chargeback processing.
Oversee and participate in fulfillment of daily ticket orders for all customers.
Provide superior professional customer service to patrons and internal and external clients while working alongside the guest service and sales department.
Update and maintain ticket database in Archtics system on a regular basis.
Oversee matchday preparations and operational duties such as box office sales, customer service, and access control.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule event day ticketing staff.
Assist Sr Manager of Ticket Operations with inventory management and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Work closely with all departments for ticketing needs (reports, tickets requests, and general inquiries).
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1-3 years of ticketing experience required.
Knowledge of Ticketmaster applications (TM1, Host, Archtics, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Cash handling/reconciling experience.
Salesforce CRM knowledge a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree.
A passion for fútbol is a plus.
