Copilot Studio Developer

Job Title: Copilot Studio developer
Reports To: The Copilot Studio developer will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.

SPS is looking for a Copilot Studio developer to design, build, deploy, and maintain intelligent chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) that effectively address business needs.

Core Capabilities:
• Build and deploy custom conversational agents (copilots) using a low-code/no-code interface.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), Power Platform, and third-party services.
• Use plugins and connectors to extend functionality.
• Leverage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using Azure AI Search and vectorized indices

Skills required:
• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Virtual Agents.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Teams integration, and conversational design.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and plugin orchestration.
• Ability to work with enterprise data governance and compliance.
• Deep understanding of Copilot Studio's features
• Hands-on experience building complex Copilots
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Copilot topics and flows.
• Ability to train and improve the Copilot's AI model through data analysis and utterance management.
• Experience with natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) concepts
