Qualifications:
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong technological skills to include use of basic software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
Responsibilities:

Process all work orders submitted by staff; determine the time for completion of work orders and the selection of resources to fulfill work orders
Oversee the supplies needed for the Copy Center
Oversee maintenance and repair of the copy machines and printers in the Copy Center
Maintain up-to-date database of all Copy Center activity to track copy codes, usage and costs
Assist with preparation of programs, brochures, and other printed materials
Perform all other duties and assume responsibilities as assigned
