As a Teacher Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping implement our early childhood curriculum and support the growth and development of every child in your classroom. You'll work closely with a team of educators to create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with young children—especially those with special needs.

You should have:

• A high school diploma or GED (required)
   
• A CDA credential or willingness to begin working toward one within your first year (we’ll help with tuition!)
   
• Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)
   
• A caring, patient, and energetic personality
   
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
   
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, etc.)

• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
   
• Must pass a state-required physical
