We’re looking for a commercial truck parts sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost retail sales and customer growth.

Requirements

This position requires 1 year or more of parts experience.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Assist with inventory control

Locate and supply correct parts for customer using our full range of programs
