Overview:
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact with our customers and must be well-versed in customer service with a friendly demeanor that leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Greet and assist walk in traffic
- Provide information to customers, vendors, and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of entryway and front office
- Learn checkout process to assist salesfloor
- Learn how to answer service calls and order entry for basic customer service
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Maintains a positive attitude; works with a sense of urgency; demonstrates timely and thorough execution
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like computer order processing system and iPads
- Strong organizational skills
Experience:
Two years of receptionist experience required.
Schedule: Full-time
Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
Some weekends required.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
