That is the mission of Corporate Communications.

We are currently seeking a future Head of Corporate Communications to strengthen this function and lead it globally. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to design and execute communication strategies that align seamlessly with our business direction.



You will also serve as the dedicated communications partner to the CEO, supporting the development of high-stakes internal and external communications.

【Role Responsibilities】

• Develop and execute internal and external CEO and executive communications (including PR releases, press conferences, speeches, internal All Hands meetings and Roundtables, social media, etc.)
• Create content for the above activities (messages, presentations, etc.)
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's key initiatives and strategies
• Create content for the above activities (messages, presentations, etc.)
• Plan and execute various initiatives and events to enhance employee engagement
• Crisis communication management
• Support CEO's internal and external communications by developing plans and materials related to their communications (including speeches, presentations, etc.)

【MUST】

• Ability to draft content and messaging for a range of communications channels
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the CEO (thinking from an upstream perspective)
• Native level verbal and written skills in English and Japanese
• Adept at managing high-stakes corporate communications
• Ability to plan and drive PJs with cross-functional teams
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be passionate, creative and eager to learn
• Ability to deliver in high pressure situations and with short deadlines
• Strong judgement and the ability to respond quickly, yet thoughtfully, to urget matters
• Ability to work flexibly with people in different time zones
• Strong partnership capabilities with cross-functional teams

【WANT】

• Experience in semiconductor hardware & software PR, Marketing, Corporate Strategies, Finance/Investor Relations
• Experience in employee communications
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude, a problem solver, able to work autonomously, natural leadership characteristics, high energy and sense of urgency while being patient when setbacks occur
• Outgoing, positive person that collaborates well and can handle a complete communications program, from strategic to tactical 
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment with the ability to influence without formal authority
