Copywriter (English+German)

We're looking for a sharp, strategically minded Copywriter who thrives in the fast-paced world of online casino marketing. As part of our in-house creative team, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, conversion-driven copy across multiple casino brands. Each brand with its own unique tone, player audience, and promotional strategy. This role demands more than just excellent writing skills; it requires analytical thinking, a deep understanding of iGaming mechanics, and a knack for persuasive communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive copy for promotional campaigns, email sequences, push notifications, and in-app messaging;

• Create user journey communications that guide players through onboarding, engagement, and retention touchpoints;

• Write conversion-focused landing pages, bonus descriptions, and game promotional materials;

• Propose and execute A/B testing strategies for headlines, CTAs, email subject lines, and promotional messaging;

• Generate multiple copy variations for systematic testing across different audience segments;

• Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting tone for different player demographics and markets;

• Ensure all copy adheres to responsible gambling guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in iGaming;

• Are a German native speaker with equal fluency in English;

• Have deep understanding of iGaming products and ecosystem, including different promotional mechanics (reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, tournaments), bonus structures (wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits), and complex Terms & Conditions;

• Have experience working with promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and coordinating copy with product and marketing teams;

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent campaigns;

• Demonstrate how you've applied specific behavioural psychology and persuasion techniques in past campaigns and explain which techniques you'd deploy for different scenarios.
