Core Banking SME / Consultant

10+ years in banking technology, with at least 5+ years as a Core Banking SME. Platforms: Hands-on experience with one or more core banking platforms (e.g., nCIno, Temenos T24, Oracle Flexcube, Infosys Finacle, Avaloq, etc.). Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core banking operations—retail banking, corporate banking, lending, deposits, payments, treasury, compliance, and regulatory reporting. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with system architecture, data migration, integration frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based deployments. Consulting Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solutioning capabilities with client-facing consulting experience. Certifications (Preferred): Agile/Scrum, PMP/Prince2, ITIL, or domain certifications in banking and financial services. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; ability to influence and collaborate across business and IT teams Good understanding of the banking domain, applicable Lending regulatory environment Should be able to able to play catalyst role between business and IT Engineering + MBA degree is preferred
