EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE/TECHNICAL/OTHER: |
I. Education: Nursing Diploma or equivalent. II. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Experience in quality improvement, data abstraction, or healthcare analytics in highly preferred. III. Software/Hardware: Microsoft word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and relations databases required. IV. Certification/Licensure: Certification in quality management or related field (e.g: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ) is a plus. |
