5+ years leadership experience in a safety/EHS environment
Must have experience working with in matrix organization with multiple sites
Experience working in a large manufacturing environment and/or service center
Ability to build a world-class safety program and safety campaigns
Must be in the Chicago area and able to commute
Knowledge and understanding of safety protocols and compliance
