The Corporate AI Solutions Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-powered agents and workflows that improve how the company operates. This role sits on the corporate side of the business reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Corporate Programs and focuses on applying AI to real, day-to-day business problems, not research or product R&D.
This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical AI solutions, drive adoption, and help shape how AI is used across the organization. While not responsible for setting enterprise AI strategy, this role actively influences direction through execution, insight, and demonstrated impact.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Design & Build
· Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows to support corporate and operational use cases
· Create and maintain a large portfolio of agents (100+ over time), ensuring quality, reliability, and business relevance
· Translate business needs into clear AI-enabled solutions using available platforms and tools
Corporate Enablement & Adoption
· Partner with teams across People, Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Strategy to identify high-value AI use cases
· Support adoption through documentation, demos, training, and hands-on enablement
· Act as a trusted internal advisor on practical AI usage
Standards, Scale & Governance
· Establish repeatable patterns, templates, and best practices for internal AI solutions
· Ensure solutions align with company policies related to security, data privacy, risk, and responsible AI use
· Monitor performance and iterate on deployed agents to improve outcomes over time
Influence & Insight
· Provide feedback and insights that inform broader AI priorities and roadmap decisions
· Share learnings, trends, and opportunities observed through hands-on implementation
· Collaborate with senior leaders without owning formal AI strategy or people management

Qualifications
Required
· 2–5 years of experience in a role involving automation, AI solutions, analytics, product operations, or technology-enabled process improvement
· Demonstrated experience building AI agents, automations, or intelligent workflows
· Strong ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions
· Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple solutions in parallel
Preferred
· Experience deploying AI tools in corporate or enterprise environments
· Familiarity with agent frameworks, workflow automation platforms, or low/no-code tools
· Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations
· Experience supporting change management or technology adoption initiatives
