Your transactional practice can span more than one type of deal.

Join a growing Denver-area law firm where you’ll advise businesses on corporate matters while also handling commercial real estate transactions. Your work will sit at the intersection of business, contracts, acquisitions, and real estate, giving you the opportunity to become a trusted legal advisor to clients as they build, acquire, sell, and grow their businesses.

What You’ll Get

• $115,000–$135,000 annual salary
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
• Exposure to corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions
• A modern firm built around a more positive alternative to the traditional firm experience
• Direct client interaction and practical, business-focused work
• Opportunity to grow with an established Denver-area practice
• A collaborative, client-focused environment

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, business structuring, and compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
• Support mergers, acquisitions, business purchases, and sales
• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify transactional risks
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, accountants, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties
• Provide practical legal advice focused on clients’ business objectives
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines independently while collaborating with the legal team
• Maintain organized matter files and transaction documentation

What You’ll Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar, or eligible for admission
• Strong drafting skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Interest or experience in corporate law and real estate transactions

Relevant transactional experience is valuable, and candidates ranging from newly licensed attorneys to more experienced transactional lawyers are encouraged to apply.

If you want your legal work to be close to the business decisions your clients are making, this is an opportunity to build a practice around transactions that move companies and real estate projects forward.
