Job Description - Corporate & Marketing Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Corporate & Marketing Communications Manager 



Reporting to the Group Corporate & Marketing Communications lead, you will contribute to corporate and marketing communications initiatives that support Hamilton’s strategic and operational goals. Bermuda- or US-based, this role is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining effective communication initiatives aligned with our business objectives. The role is well suited to a communications professional with a strong foundation who is looking to broaden their experience and build a long-term career.


 


Working as part of a small, agile team, you will collaborate closely with underwriters, functional support teams, and senior leadership to support Hamilton’s groupwide business. The role includes marketing communications supporting the growth goals of our underwriting platforms, and corporate communications focused on groupwide initiatives.



What you will do




  • Support the development and delivery of strategic groupwide communications initiatives

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support and launch projects under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy, relevance and successful delivery

  • Prepare compelling, on-brand content for multiple channels including external communications (website, social media, print collateral and broker campaigns) and internal communications (emails, presentations and intranet publishing)

  • Track, analyse, and report on communications and marketing KPIs including campaign performance, digital engagement, event ROI, and stakeholder reach

  • Manage relationships with external vendors including creative agencies, printers, event organizers, and sponsorship partners to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables

  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all communications reflect Hamilton's culture, values, and visual identity, and contribute creative ideas aligned with its brand strategy



What you require for the role




  • Communications experience in a similar role, preferably within the re/insurance sector

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communications skills across multiple formats and audiences, and ability to translate insurance concepts into clear content tailored to diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to independently manage integrated, cross-channel campaigns from concept through execution and measurement

  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore emerging trends in marketing technology, social media, analytics, and AI-driven communications

  • A firm grasp of branding, an eye for design, and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools

  • Strong skills in strategic thinking and tactical execution, with high attention to detail and accuracy
