The Opportunity
We're seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Denver, Seattle, or Portland offices. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Provide Expertise: Advise clients on public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.
• Collaborate on Sophisticated Matters: Work on complex corporate and transactional matters for public and private companies across diverse industries.
• Deliver Excellence: Draft and review key documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Support Business Growth: Partner with colleagues and clients to achieve strategic business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills: Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Mindset: A collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.

• Capital Markets: Experience handling complex transactions and related regulatory compliance.
