Corporate Asset Finance Associate Attorney

ABOUT: Our client is a nationally recognized, award-winning firm seeking to expand its Asset Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of attorneys handling high-value transactions across a broad range of asset classes. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Asset Finance experience from a peer firm
• Some exposure to aviation finance
• Securitization experience is a plus
• Representation of borrowers, lenders, or both is welcome

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual base salary range: $260,000 $435,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
