We are seeking an experienced corporate attorney with at least three years of experience for the Anchorage office.  This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate and financial transactions, restructuring projects, and real estate matters.  Candidates should have experience with mergers, acquisitions, and secured transactions.  Real estate experience would be helpful but is not required.  Excellent writing skills are required.  The firm offers opportunities for advancement within a collegial and dynamic work environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.
