About the Role
A well-regarded legal team is seeking a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with at least 8 years of experience to support a robust M&A and transactional practice. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile national and international deals, contributing to complex business transactions and securities matters. The position is ideal for a business-minded attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and closing documents
• Advise clients on deal structure, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
• Provide legal guidance on general corporate governance and business operations
• Manage deal timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support public company clients with securities law compliance when applicable

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
• 8+ years of transactional legal experience, with a focus on M&A
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, entity structuring, and deal mechanics
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven experience managing complex transactions independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
