Corporate Attorney

A leading AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Business & Transactions team in either Phoenix or Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients and advising on a variety of corporate and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts
  




• Handle entity formation, governance, and compliance documentation
  




• Lead or assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence
  




• Advise clients on operating agreements, purchase and supply agreements, and other transactional needs
  




• Represent clients in complex business negotiations
  




• Contribute to business development efforts (preferred but not required)
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant corporate law experience
  




• Licensed to practice law in Arizona or eligible for admission
  




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  




• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  




• Proven ability to work both independently and in team settings
  




• Strong academic background
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $200,000 – $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
