Position Summary:
A renowned British restaurant group, is seeking an experienced Corporate Chef to lead its expansion into multi-state operations in the United States. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the brand's continued success and growth, with a primary focus on maintaining Hawksmoor's exceptional standards in customer experience, team management, product quality, and financial performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of Company's standard products from the kitchens, emphasizing food quality, consistency, service, ethics, and price from suppliers.
- Implement effective controls for food costs, labor, direct expenses, and waste management.
- Analyze and optimize the supply chain and procurement processes to ensure the best quality products at cost-effective rates.
- Oversee menu development, menu engineering, and the selection process for new Executive Chefs to ensure successful execution of food quality and consistency.
- Train, develop, and manage all Back-of-House (BOH) management teams, leading by example in company culture policies and procedures.
Key Competencies /Qualifications:
- Experience in building scalable systems for operational efficiency, including financial, scheduling, inventory systems, and quality assurance.
- Passion for cooking and team development, with a deep understanding of supply chain and vendor management.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs, fluent in written and spoken English, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel when necessary.
- Positive leadership characteristics, effective communication, and a polished personal presentation that aligns with company standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $190k - $220k salary
