Corporate Controller

Mosaic Dealerships is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Controller to oversee financial operations across our multi-franchise dealership portfolio. This executive-level role requires a hands-on financial leader with deep automotive dealership accounting experience, strong balance sheet expertise, and advanced reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of dealership controller experience, a proven ability to manage multiple franchises, and extensive knowledge of CDK and Autotmate systems.

Key Responsibilities

  Oversee all accounting operations across multiple dealership rooftops and franchises

  
  


• 
  

  Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements, balance sheets, and consolidated reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Manage and review month-end close procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with manufacturer and corporate requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee cash flow management, floorplan reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance metrics

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise and mentor accounting staff across all locations

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with state, federal, and manufacturer financial reporting standards

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a multi-franchise automotive dealership environment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of dealership financial statements and balance sheet management

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing multiple franchise brands simultaneously

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced proficiency in CDK and Autotmate DMS systems

  
  


• 
  

  Comprehensive understanding of dealership accounting, including:
