Our client is a dynamic and growing restaurant group based in Phoenix, operating three unique concepts across six locations. Known for exceptional food, hospitality, and operational excellence, the group is expanding its leadership team to support continued growth. They're now hiring a seasoned Controller to take ownership of all financial operations and provide strategic guidance to the executive team.
This is not a typical Controller role. This is a role for someone who can be incredibly involved in the day to day life of the restaurants, even willing to jump in hands-on when there are large events. Experience in and a love for restaurants would be fantastic for this role!
The Controller will serve as the financial leader across all six restaurant locations, overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role will collaborate closely with ownership and operations leadership to ensure accurate financials, optimized costs, and scalable systems as the group grows.
