This position will support the General Counsel and other members of the legal team by working on a variety of legal matters including commercial transactions. We are seeking an exceptionally strong litigation and employment attorney who is ready for accelerated learning and career growth.

This is a hybrid role based out of Denver, CO

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements 

• Provide contract interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders

• Participate in other strategic initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (JD) from an accredited law school

• Member of at least one state bar association and in good standing

• Two to four (2-4) years of commercial legal experience

• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a global, corporate environment, including sales and vendor agreements

• Ability to communicate with other personnel and external parties on complicated topics through strong, organized writing and verbal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Creative problem-solver

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including management of projects and workload and setting goals and priorities

• Must be a strong team player able to work cooperatively with others both internal and external to the company to find practical and creative solutions to problems

• Prior experience successfully operating in a fluid, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment

Estimated base salary range: $89,800 - $125,000 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
