About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a key legal advisor on treasury initiatives and corporate finance transactions, including securities offerings, financings, stock repurchases, and hedging activities. They will also support the Senior Director, Legal - M&A on investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Additionally, the role involves assisting with SEC reporting and securities compliance matters, corporate governance, NYSE matters, and investor relations.Applicants must have a law degree from a U.S. accredited law school, active membership in at least one U.S. State bar, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with a blend of Am Law 100 firm and in-house public company experience. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in capital markets and U.S. corporate and securities law matters, familiarity with various strategic transaction types, and experience managing outside counsel. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, exceptional critical thinking, and a team player mentality are essential. The role requires a professional with high integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to inspire confidence in senior-level business clients.
