We are looking for a corporate EHS Manager to work in Jackson Michigan, Detroit Michigan, or Butler Pennsylvania. The Corporate EHS Manager is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and management of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, policies, and objectives across all JSP locations (Tullahoma, TN; Butler, PA; Detroit, MI; Jackson, MI; and Milledgeville, IL). This position provides strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local EHS regulations. The Corporate EHS Manager leads and manages EHS personnel, including EHS Specialists and EHS Coordinators at designated locations, and provides support and guidance to all sites to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and foster a strong safety culture. This role is critical in addressing company-wide EHS issues and ensuring consistent application of EHS standards.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role involves a combination of office-based administrative responsibilities and significant time spent in manufacturing plant environments across multiple locations. While office work is required for strategic planning, program development, data analysis, and administrative tasks, regular travel to JSP's manufacturing sites (Tullahoma, Butler, Jackson, Detroit, and Milledgeville) is a necessary component of the position to provide oversight, support, conduct audits, and interact with site EHS personnel and plant leadership.
The work environment in manufacturing plants may involve exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and industrial processes. The Corporate EHS Manager must be able to navigate these environments safely.
Physical requirements include the ability to travel, stand and walk for periods while conducting site visits and inspections, and the ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated plant areas. Effective verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, conducting meetings, and responding to situations in potentially noisy manufacturing settings. The role requires the ability to perform tasks involving prolonged sitting and computer use when in an office setting.
