Client is seeking a high-energy, self-starting, and professional individual to assist in the daily management of a facility. This position requires extensive standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). The role involves mail duties, general office support, conference room setup, delivering packages, and conducting quality checks throughout the building. Additional tasks will be assigned with training.

• Set up conference rooms per meeting schedules (tables, chairs, A/V equipment)

• Follow conference room presentation standards and reset rooms post-meeting

• Identify/report A/V issues and assist during meetings as needed

• Deliver/pick up functioning A/V equipment across campus

• Educate users on A/V use; respond to radio calls for setup changes

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
