Job Title: Corporate Finance Associate Attorney

ABOUT: Our client is a nationally recognized, award-winning firm, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer law firm working on private credit and syndicated debt finance transactions, with meaningful exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management, or special situations financing.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school 

• Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing 

• Minimum 4 years of corporate finance experience with private credit and syndicated debt finance experience
• Exposure to private equity, liability management, special situations finance, or acquisition finance

• Experience representing either borrowers, lenders, or both

• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual base salary range: $260,000 $435,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
