Corporate Front Desk

Ted Moore Auto Group is looking for a dependable and dedicated individual to join our team at our corporate office in Downtown Oklahoma City as a Receptionist/Office Staff. We offer on-site training and prefer to promote from within. The position is Monday – Friday.

Ted Moore Auto Group sells new and used automobiles, commercial units, automotive parts, while providing vehicle repair services in multiple dealerships across the state of Oklahoma. Franchises include Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia.

Duties include:

• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls


• Processing a variety of paperwork


• Administrative/Clerical Duties 


• Ordering supplies


• Mail sorting
