You'll support multiple attorneys in the Corporate Group with closing-heavy transactional work including document assembly, signature page tracking, and maintaining corporate minute books. This role offers variety across different deal types and direct client interaction in one of the firm's two largest practice groups.

1 - 3 years of experience in a law firm supporting a corporate or transactional group.

Work experience

Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously.

Experience with high-volume, closing-heavy transactional work.

Experience at another mid-to-large Minneapolis law firm.

Hard skills

Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with a Document Management System (DMS) like iManage.
