A nationally established law firm is making a deliberate, strategic investment in expanding its Corporate & M&A platform across key U.S. markets.

This is a growth mandate — not a replacement search.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial partner who wants more than just a lateral move. This is an opportunity to anchor, build, and scale a market-leading corporate practice with full institutional backing.
