Corporate Paralegal

Requirements:

Candidate will have the following: 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Substantial engagement with financial and transactional matters, governance, and business planning.

Stellar academic credentials: College degree and/or paralegal certificate required ; Keen working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing & maintaining corporate records.
• Providing support as needed.
• Assisting with transactions like mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research.
